The Golf Club at The Highlands offers a full service Golf Shop with the latest styles in golf apparel and a wide assortment of golf products and equipment. We are here for your convenience before heading out on our 18-hole championship golf course.

The golf shop is located on the bottom floor of the Clubhouse in front of the practice putting green. The golf shop boasts a beautiful 1,450 square foot retail space, catering to the equipment and accessory needs of all of our golfers. We offer the latest products from manufacturers at competitive prices.

Aaron Tew

Aaron Tew, is the Assistant Golf Professional at The Golf Club at The Highlands. Aaron, a Chesterfield native, has been with us since 2015. He played varsity golf at Thomas Dale High School and then obtained his Associates Degree in Business and Golf Management at The Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is a Certified Club Fitter and an apprentice in the PGA program with a goal of obtaining his PGA Class A status before the 2020 Masters Tournament. In his free time, when he is not playing golf, he loves to be outdoors fishing and hiking.

Michaela Conway

Born and raised in Chesterfield, Michaela has been playing golf for 20 years. After competing in numerous national and international tournaments, she earned a scholarship from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee where she played collegiate golf and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Professional Golf Management. After working at Hermitage Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional, she joined the team at First Tee Greater Richmond. Here, she promoted the growth of junior golf through programs like LPGA Girls Golf and teaching Life Skills classes. In February 2021, Michaela accepted the position of Assistant Golf Professional at The Golf Club at The Highlands. She runs the Junior Golf Clinics and Camps, as well as PGA Junior League. She teaches private and group lessons for all ages and skill levels.

When not at work, you can find her crocheting, attempting to pet all the dogs she can, or daydreaming about a new place to visit!
